Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If your product is damaged or faulty in any way, you may return the item for a refund. You may also contact the manufacturer for warranty repair. Lillian Rose Choppers in house fabricated products carry a full replacement warranty with normal use and no abuse!

All special order big ticket items must be paid in full prior to shipping. You may cancel a special order within 3 days of the order being placed. you will receive a full refund.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items being returned must be in original new condition, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
